Ultra-precise printing makes NPJ the superior approach
Nano-Particle Jetting enables the printing of a variety of ceramic and metal materials with very tight dimensional tolerances (100 micron) and isotropic material properties that are the same or better than legacy ceramics manufacturing methods. XJET NPJ can print virtually any design with intricate internal details and ultra-fine features that are not attainable with molding, machining or other legacy manufacturing approaches, making XJET NPJ a superior approach for many medical device and other demanding technical ceramics applications.

Through Marvel Medtech Advanced Manufacturing (MMt-AM), we are making this exciting new XJET additive manufacturing capability available to others with new service bureau operations. Initially offering custom additive manufacturing of customer-designed parts in Zirconia (ZrO2), MMt-AM will soon also be offering 3D Printing of Alumina (Al2O3) and other materials as XJet makes them available.
